Booking, deposits and payment
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking on LINE @solbunnail or by calling 093-687-4575 so you do not have to wait. Walk-ins are welcome when an artist is free.
Is a deposit required?
New customers, and customers who have missed an appointment, pay a 100 THB deposit within 60 minutes of booking to confirm. The deposit is deducted from your bill on the day.
How can I pay?
We accept bank transfer and PromptPay only. We do not accept cash or credit cards.
Can I get a quote for my design first?
Yes. Send a photo of the design to LINE @solbunnail and our artist will quote before you book.
Can I combine promotions?
One promotion per bill. Tell the artist when you pay. Some promotions have a minimum spend; see the promotions page.
Do you sell prepaid credit packages?
Yes. Our credit packages give you more credit than you pay and can be used at any branch until they expire. Ask us on LINE for current packages.
